I don’t know about you but when I’m traveling or commuting I like to have subscriptions of self-care magazines to add to my list of things that keep me occupied! These are my favorite types of magazines! Self-Care Magazines are the best for people who need a little insight, motivation or just to get those creative juices flowing!
I love that self-care magazines span the entire self-care genre. I can learn how to overcome anxiety or a new yoga routine!
So I’ve gathered my favorite self-care magazines and a few new magazines that tap into the art of self-care. Most of these are outside of the U.S ( I just couldn’t find any real self-care magazines that focused on personal development), except for one. All of them are available in English and have digital subscriptions available!
